This is an HOA rule for guests and there are no exceptions. Evidence or report of a pet will constitute forfeiture of your damage deposit.-No smoking of any kind allowed in or near the home. Evidence of smoking will constitute forfeiture of your damage deposit.-No fire pit at home. Beach bonfires need to be 100 ft from the dunes.-Front door has Ring doorbell camera for your security and our
