On the peaceful back road at the southern end of the Long Beach Peninsula, this home sits right beside Black Lake and a 60 acre cranberry farm. It is a mile north of the river-port city of Ilwaco, and a mile east of the Pacific Ocean. Starting here you can follow the back road for 26 miles along Willapa Bay to the northern tip of the Peninsula at Leadbetter Point.This is a NON-SMOKING house. The kitchen is bright, and fully-equipped. The dining room table seats up to 10. There are three bedrooms, each with queen bed. One room has a TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with step-in shower. A tub/shower is in the bathroom near the other two bedrooms. The living room with cathedral ceiling is spacious and airy, with a small game room at one end opening onto a lanai. The private back yard and patio is ideal for a picnic or BBQ as you sit surrounded by giant spruce trees beside the 33 acre lake. Walk along the dikes by the cranberry bogs
