In 1990 the residence was "gutted' and redesigned by a Knoxville architect for both casual and fun living. Air-conditioning was added a few years ago.In the last few months the cottage has had serious maintenance and repairs including new shingles, entire cottage stained, and trim painted, gazebo roof repaired, and master bedroom and bath painted with some repairs as well and the back porch and balcony rails have been replaced. Looks as good as it did 32 years ago .. in my view. Located a short walk from The Barn, Lake Susan and the Huckleberry. This residence should be on your "short list" for many reasons, including the beauty of the creek in this back yard!
