You can sublease the place within this range of dates. It would be a perfect place to stay for visiting scholars or graduate students (single, couple, or a family). Out of three rooms upstairs, we use one as a bedroom with a queen bed and the other two as our offices with desk and chair. You can use the entire house including the living room with a couch and the kitchen/dining room with a table for four.You should definitely sit out on our patio in the back. It has a table with two chairs along with a fire pit, garden, and bird feeders. It is quite relaxing to eat and watch birds and trees in nice weather.
