The exterior of this building at Lighthouse Towers is getting remodeled starting 10-23-2023 until possibly the end of 2024. You may hear contruction noise during the day.Update 7-16-24 - The pool pavilion building will be closed until further notice. Closed due to lighting strike. Update on 8-1-2024 - Until further notice, and for the safety of all due to exterior renovations, the condo association is requiring the pool be closed Monday through Friday, during the contractors working hours, from 8 am to 4 pm. The pool will be cleaned and reopened each weekday at 4 pm, and the pool will remain open during regular pool hours on the weekend.This unit must be booked at least 11 days in advance of check in, and the HOA application must be returned to us within 24 hours of booking.
