Beautiful and private waterfront home on a tidal creek on Gerrish Island in Kittery Point, ME. Our back deck overlooks a sloping yard to the creek. We are minutes away from many beaches, wonderful restaurants, shopping, ropes course and lobster!This is a beautiful and cozy cape house overlooking a sloping lawn to a tidal creek. Gorgeous every season, including autumn leaf peeping time! This is my home part time, and has been my family home, so it is set up with special thought for guests, and also has personal items in it. Please treat the space with care.The master bedroom and bathroom and laundry are on the first floor.The kitchen has new appliances. It is fully stocked with cooking ware, table ware, cloth napkin and towels. You will need to bring your own paper products and cleaning supplies. The kitchen opens to the dining room, which seats six. The dining room is casual, with older furniture. From the dining
