Located in Derby, Illinois, United States. The Sanctuary is quiet and private minutes to Derby and Wichita. Gated Country Farmhouse recently remodeled minutes from Derby and Wichita surrounded by farmland, trees, seasonal pond, and wildlife. Located on a paved road but with a rural setting and complete privacy. The Sanctuary is our family property with walnut grove, over 500 trees planted from all across the United States and is surrounded by natural prairie and farm fields. The main farmhouse sits 1/4 off the main road and is hidden from sight. It’s a little slice of heaven. Surrounded by natural prairie and farm fields with giant cottonwood, sycamores, oaks, maple, black walnut and red buds making for a beautiful setting. Wildlife is abundant at the Sanctuary with wild turkeys, deer, mallards, ducks and so much more. (Absolutely no hunting or shooting!!!)
