Minutes from San Marcos city center and nestled on the heart of the San Marcos River. Our home is perfect for families or trips to get away from the city. Host your family get together or spend time with friends, our home is the perfect gathering spot. In addition to the stunning views and river access, the home has brand new bedding, linens, kitchen appliances and furniture. Bathroom remodels completed December 2020! We welcome families and small children. We have 2 pack-n-plays, 2 high chairs, baby bouncy seat and a toddler mattress (on the floor) for use. We typically have a handful of various life jacket sizes for guest use. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a loft for additional sleeping space (queen bed) and air mattress (living room). We have a great deck out back with ample outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the river view. Our home is on the river and you have private access to river w
