Entire Cozy Cottage Historical Tyler Azalea District We would love to welcome you and your pets to our fully fenced-in humble cottage, built in 1946 and located in one of the nicest streets in Tyler’s historical Azalea District. Our guests ❤️ coffee bar, featuring 5 different kinds of coffee. You can have most people’s favorite Mr. Coffee brewed coffee (Folger’s) or opt for 3 different kinds (dark roast, Donut shop or DeCaf) of barista style coffee in our Cusineart single serve coffee machine. We also offer grind and brew using Lavazza coffee beans, for a cup of regular, strong or espresso. Our neighborhood features homes from the 20s, 30s and 40s and everyone plants Azalea bushes in support of the 60 year tradition and the annual Azalea festival in spring. We lovingly restored our cottage, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in
