Located in Malibu, California, United States. Oceanfront with Hot Tub, BBQ, Private Beach, Dog Friendly, Fully Stocked Two level, Nantucket style chic home located directly on the sand on what is essentially a private beach (there is no public access to our beach like other beaches in Malibu, so no crowds, just other owners, tenants and their dogs). Upper deck has a built in bench, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a stainless steel gas BBQ. Lower deck has a 15 foot long built in bench with cushions, a large dining table which seats 10, a six person hot tub, heated shower and floating daybed. Relax and watch the sunset on the two lifeguard chairs situated on the lower deck. There are stairs connecting the upper and lower decks and you have direct access to the beach from our own private stairs. When you walk into the first door off PCH there is a courtyard so the entry into the house isn't right off of the street.
