Brand new double pane windows throughout the house. Newly installed interior shutters on windows. Brand new central A/C and heat recently installed! Equipped with washer and dryer in laundry room. Linens and new towels supplied. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING - Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
