The kitchenette contains a sink, microwave, under-counter fridge, K-cup coffee maker and toaster oven. The house has its own porch so you can sit in the rockers and enjoy the lovely, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. Located behind the owner's house. For the comfort of our guests, this is a strictly nonsmoking property. No pets allowed.
