A work in progress, money generated from rent is put back in house. Pool,spa,decks ready to go. Great location 8min.to anywhere in baton rouge . I rent out the large house on property and live in poolhouse out back when I'm in u.s.a. Sometimes I will be willing to leave property when renter and i agree,otherwise I'm in the back with no access to main building when guess are here. But I wanted to put this disclaimer out so everyone knows the deal. Your privacy is very important to me at all times. I give respect and privacy. I have been at this address for 32yrs.now and I must say it's a quite and peaceful neighborhood. People walking mornings as well as evening. Mainly everyone keeps to themselves, hello and goodbye.!!!
