The condo is conveniently located next to Mammoth Creek Park, Mammoth Rock Trail and the town bike path and shuttle. This ground floor studio can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features an open-concept living area, along with plenty of south facing windows that look out onto the La Vista Blanc pool area and allow plenty of natural light into the condo. This condo features a large kitchen for a studio condo and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. There are also community propane grills next to the pool if you would like to BBQ. The living space has a queen sized bed and also has a pull out couch to accommodate up to two more guests.
