Our 3 rules: no smokingno pets (sorry, no exceptions.)no grilling or bonfires (we're surrounded by trees!)Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 11amWe are a scenic, 5-minute drive to downtown Lake Arrowhead Village & Shops; Stater Bros. Marketplace, outlet shopping, antiquing & fine dining and just a short 10-minute drive to Blue Jay Village; Jensen’s Grocery, Starbucks Coffee, and our local movie theater. We are close to skiing - just 25 minutes from Snow Valley Ski Resort and 45 minutes from Big Bear Lake and more skiing, snowboarding & sledding.NOTE:- Beach and lake trail access is unavailable, due to the new HOA policies and Covid restrictions.*There is a flight of 20 steps (outside) to the first level of the home
