Room is blocked from rest of house and is private. Own entrance into room. Own bathroom in room. Small refrigerator, microwave, and kuerig in room. Queen-sized bed. 3rd person would sleep on a floor sleeping mat. Large TV and wireless in-room. Own entrance to front patio and firepit. Street-parking and room for bigger vehicles/trailers. Dogs considered. Dogs and cat live on property. Guests sometimes let cat into guest room but people w any allergies have had no issues. Our dogs have no access to guest area. One mile to Oceano Dunes and 2 miles to Pismo Beach. No access to main house. Motorcycles welcome. $25 extra a night for 3rd person. Business license 6004617.
