The house also has a fire pit, an indoor fireplace, a beautiful kitchen, and fantastic nature.It is located 7 min to Kalahari water park, 10 min to Camelback Ski resort, and 15 min to Crossings Premium Outlet.Access to the private lake beach is available upon request—also, a public community indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, basketball court, and more are available. Lake accesses are available upon request for an extra charge. Everyone must sign a waiver. We also offer the use of the amenities of the community like the lake access you have to request a badge. The fees are as follows1-day pass $15 per person3-day pass $20 per person7-day pass $40 per person*Children 2 and under are free. Will provide the form.
