It is primarily a weekly rental during the summer (furnished and stocked as one would be) but it's available for shorter stays the rest of the year. All TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th.
