It is clean, has a well-stocked Kitchen with all new kitchen appliances added in 2024 (old appliances are shown in the pictures) and freshly decorated in a modern beachy style with beautiful gulf views and easy beach access. The building is across the street from 2 beach access points (Tarpon and Pompano). Tarpon beach has been newly expanded to provide 340 ft of beach front with additional amenities coming in May 2024. GCE has a spacious pool and hot tub, grill area and plenty of parking in the back of the building to accommodate 2 cars per guest. Unit 205 is a very spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom which accommodates 6 guests comfortably. This unit is under new ownership.
