No screens on the balcony to block your view or picture taking.PLEASE NOTE: NO POOL OR DIRECT BEACH ACCESS from our property is available at this time.1) Due to hurricane damage November 2022, the SWIMMING POOL AND ALL OUTSIDE AREAS ON THE OCEANSIDE OF THE BUILDING ARE CLOSED until further notice. We are working with state and county agencies to get approval to use our new beach stairs, so can have direct access to the beach from our property, but until we get that approval, public beach access is very close at Seagull Park, just a short 2/10 mile walk south of the condo on the sidewalk. Can also drive to public beach access (Seagull Park), there is public "free" parking. Condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach.
