Single Family Only The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, #1) 1 king-size bed plus master bath en suite, #2) 1 queen zie bed, #3) 1 queen size bed and #4) 2 single beds. Additional beds can be provided upon request. There is a large back deck with grilling, a large family room, dining room, and sitting room as well as a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing board, and iron. There is 1 TV in the house, which is located in the large family room which is HDMI compatible so Fire TV, Apple TV, and Chromecast work.Access to the house is made via the lockbox on the back door of the house, which is accessible by taking the stairs and ramp at the end of the driveway.This is for family rentals only. Ideally suited for remote work situations. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we cannot have problems with our neighbors, who are all nice people, many of whom have been there for decades. We have a no-event/party policy
