Tucked in the back yard of our home, it offers a neighborhood experience within walking distance (4 min) to historic downtown Basalt and just steps away from hiking trails to Basalt Mountain and the Gold Medal Waters of the Frying Pan River. With private access and designated parking, this property is a special find as it was built by us with attention to detail and design. Mostly used as a private guest house for family and friends, we decided to open it up to guests and list it on VRBO. We are enjoying sharing this special spot with our guests! It offers one private bedroom upstairs with a king bed. There is additional sleeping space with two twin beds at the top of the stairway open to the hallway.
