Since this unit is above our garage you will potentially hear the garage open/close and cars pulling in/out through various times of the day/night as we live here full-time. This is a shared driveway with the hosts and we have one parking spot available for 1 vehicle during your stay. This unit is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC.Our location is in close proximity to St Augustine, downtown Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach.
