There are all new, modern appliances, plus new flooring, cabinets, and countertops along with a covered carport. It is truly a home away from home.Other things to note:For any stay 21 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
