There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. With one bedroom, one bathroom, a cozy eat in kitchen and living room on the third floor. You can access the roof top deck (seasonal) from the third floor. AC window units are installed in the high summer season. One parking spot provided on property.Please note that this is a LEGAL Newport rental property.
