There are neighbors on either side making this property suitable for families, or a small to group, to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. This property showcases Perch Lake in a panoramic view. While you are on the dock you can observe picturesque sunrises and sunsets while observing Lake Wildlife. Sawyer County ATV/Snowmobile trails are minutes away and accessible from the property.Inside you will find a tv, dvds, radio, books and games. The cabin does not have internet or cable/satellite.There is a dock and a storage shed that has PFDs, inflatables and camp chairs. You are welcome to use whatever is in there. A paddle boat and row boat are available for your use. A fire pit is located near the storage shed.
