It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HITS, World Equestrian Center South and the Chi institute.The large apartment has a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room and comfortably sleeps eight. There is a automatic gated quarter mile sand driveway leading to our farm. There is a $50 pet fee. Pets must be walked on lease and poop picked up.
