Located in Little Compton, Rhode Island, United States. Relax with ocean views from our Seaside cottage located in a quiet neighborhood Cute Cape cottage with a sun room and outdoor private patio. House has a huge yard with an ocean view of Town beach. The house is on a dead end, one lane road with light traffic for more quiet. The living room has a fireplace for a chilly evening. Little Compton is very quiet and peaceful. The front yard is huge and is very private behind the house where there is a fenced in outside hot & cold shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are 2 bathrooms one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. Floors are hardwood and have been refinished except the kitchen which has ceramic tile. You can see the town beach from the house and there is also a town 'dog beach' on Sakonnet point which you can use. Little Compton is a very safe town off the beaten path with excell
