The relaxing lakefront view provides the perfect location for families and friends looking for an escape from reality. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house includes a private dock that gives access to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and all guests are required to be equally respectful. NO parties, rowdy behavior or loud groups. Pet friendly ($50 pet fee). Only 5 vehicles are permitted in the driveway.THE SPACE OutdoorsThe dock is great for fishing. (You must hold a PA fishing license)Do not use any of the neighbor's docks or trespass on any neighbor's property (Our dock is to the left). If you would like to bring your own personal boat, please reach out for more information. The Lake Harmony Group has an inspection process and a $300 permit fee for outside watercraft. You must hold a Coast Guard boating license to operate the boat. Guests are more than welcome
