Both the kitchen and master bedroom also open to the lanai which offers dining on the kitchen end and a conversation area outside the master. The two downstairs bedrooms are on opposite sides of the great room for added privacy. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV and there is a 47-in smart HDTV in the great room. The upstairs loft has 2 ceiling fans and a window air conditioner (though the cross breeze through the windows on either side of the loft and the fans keep it quite comfortable most of the year)!
