There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning fireplace in the den (wood is available in the shed). Our home also boasts a heat pump for comfort during warm days of summer, as well as warding off the chill of cool, fall days. If there's a power outage, no worries! We installed a Generac propane generator! Off the den, there's a 3-season sunroom, and in summer, a screen room on the patio in the backyard. There are four bedrooms upstairs, and an office/ bedroom downstairs. In the den, there is a double bed pull-out sofa. We can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
