This beautiful home was built in the 1940's and sits on a sprawling and serene 10 acres. It has been completely remodeled and updated for all of your modern and practical needs. The home is equipped with a completely stocked kitchen, central heat and air and wireless internet. This property is incredibly peaceful and quiet but is only 6 miles away from central Avenue and about 10 miles away from all that Hot Springs has to offer. There is a huge pond that is perfect for fishing, and lots of cool places to mountain bike. This farmhouse is located on my property and our home is about 50 yards away from the farmhouse.
