We get beautiful, southwest breeze off the lake. The house is conveniently located only 10 minutes away from the Mt Sunapee ski resort.The main floor encompasses a cozy family room and dinning room which is adjacent to a fully renovated kitchen with brand new appliances. Spacious deck with amazing lake view is accessible from the family room by large sliding doors. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a laundry room on the first floor. The upstairs has four bedrooms--two with full views of the lake (king and queen size beds). The third bedroom has 2 full size beds and the forth one is a "kids room" with 2 bunk beds and a trundle twin. There is another bathroom on the second floor. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 7 kids, additional 2 pull out c
