Built in 2004, the house is on the sunny northern side of Chalk Pond, a pristine, 21-acre lake in Newbury, NH. Enjoy the waterside from your private floating dock with fishing (NH license required age 16+) and swimming, or canoe/kayak over to the tiny island in the middle of the Pond. No powered craft are allowed on Chalk Pond; one full-size canoe, two single kayaks and life jackets are provided with the house.
