This house was newly built a couple of years ago and features a bunkroom downstairs that can sleep 7, a bedroom upstairs that can sleep 4, and a loft that can sleep 3. There are 2 3/4 bathrooms, one one each floor. There is also a great room that is attached to a large deck that overlooks the large fielded backyard that is surrounded by woods. There is a full kitchen as well as a grill on the deck. There is also a TV room downstairs with a DVD player. There is also broadband wifi. Outside there is a large field/hill that leads down to a fire pit area and pump track. Past the fire pit is a river that is deep enough for wading. There are some short hiking trails on the property and a small cabin further down the river. The property is 3/4 a mile from W. Darling Hill road and is a short pedal to the Kingdom Trail trail system.
