Located in Ventura, New Mexico, United States. Beautiful Beachfront Faria Beach / Pitas Point Home We have a 4 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months. Holiday rates are $1000 per night. We rarely rent on holidays since we usually stay at our home. Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitorsPrivate tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!)
