Our clean and comfortable family-friendly home is located on the beautiful Gold Coast of California between Ventura and Santa Barbara, and close to the artist community of Ojai. Theaters, shopping, restaurants and more are 10-20 minutes away. Relax on the large deck, or walk down the steps right onto the sand. (Beach/sand levels shift throughout the year. During the winter, surf comes right up to the seawall at high tide.)We are located on a family friendly beach and one of the area's best beginner surf spots and minutes away from some of the best surf spots in the country. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out to an endless Pacific Ocean view. The other two bedrooms look over the coastal foothills.
