It is less than one block from the center of town, and walkable to various bars, restaurants, galleries, etc. It has all of the necessities for a comfortable stay in this Hudson Valley town. Note: this unit is not recommended for people who have difficulty with stairs because there is a steep twisting stairway. Also, we are very pet friendly so if you’re allergic or don’t like animals then not the place for you.The house is in the Village (town) of Saugerties.Saugerties is near the mountains and heavy snowfall is possible. Please prepare with proper gear, and note that snow removal may not coincide with your stay.Winter Rules:1. Rates reduce on 11/1 thru March 31.2. We charge extra $50 a day for heating fuel which is based on 10 gallons of heating per day. Anything less will be refunded on checkout.
