This 1920 Woodstock cottage is a five-minute walk to the center of Woodstock and the Trailways bus stop and an equal distance to swimming holes in the Sawkill River.Our cottage was remodeled and enlarged in 2018 and has lots of charm. The first floor has an open plan with windows and French doors on all sides that allow abundant sunlight and views in every direction. The living room has exposed wood beams and a propane fireplace to snuggle up to in the winter. It opens onto a cozy adjoining room with large windows and pocket doors that serves as a media room or guest room with a queen-sized convertible sofa and a large flat screen TV.
