Located in the exclusive PRIVATE BEACH AREA, Carlouel section of North Clearwater Beach Island, Caladesi House, with private swimming pool, approximately 1700 square feet, 100 yards from one of the finest white powder sugar beaches in the USA.From the house one can walk north along the beach to Caladesi Island State Park. The only other way to reach Caladesi Island is with a ferry from Dunedin, but due to our location, it is a scenic walk, very private walk with very few tourists. Upon reaching Caladesi Island which is joined to Clearwater Beach, one feels like approaching paradise. Most maps show the two islands as separated, but they have since joined together.
