It sits on picturesque Lower Goose Pond in the heart of the Berkshires. The property is situated on a dead end street of a private lake community. The house is just over 1,000sf with a deck overlooking a large yard and the lake. The lakefront yard is big enough for a family game of whiffle ball or to throw a frisbee around. The first floor has the kitchen, living room (with a couch to sleep 5), a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a full size bed. Ascend a wooden spiral staircase to access the spacious master bedroom and bath. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill off the kitchen make outdoor dining easy. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, as well as dishes and other essentials.
