Apartment is totally private and separate. It is ideal for one person, doable for two. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to Norwood center with all shops and restaurants. Same distance to the commuter rail which takes you to South Station in Boston in 25 minutes. Also very close to all major highways. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outside area. No Laundry (laundromat in town) No gatherings or parties No smoking of any substance No Pets There is a quiet time policy after 10pm. The apartment is within the home. So just doesn’t have the superior soundproofing of regular apartment building.
