Central Air and easy walk to local beach that is used by families of the Lagoon Heights area. Beautiful town and state beaches close by. Charter fishing, golf, great restaurants and ample shopping for the occasional rainy day. Many local attractions to visit, gingerbread homes, tabernacle, oldest functioning carrousel, walking/ bike trails and nature preserves to keep one busy while enjoying the the Vineyard's laid back, casual nature. First floor bedroom has queen bed, upstairs has the full bed. Loft area has three twin beds. Screened porch has wicker furniture, two couches and two comfortable chairs.
