Since I became sole owner of the East side of my duplex I have been doing updates every year. I have had almost the entire duplex painted from a tired yellow to soothing blue tones. I have put in new appliances, furniture, granite counter tops, resurfaced the tubs, put in a kitchen tiled backsplash, added LED lighting in the kitchen and under the countertops, changed out light fixtures in bathrooms, put in new vanities, put in a new air compressor, and many other updates. This year I am hoping to add on another bathroom so that it will be 4 bedroom 4 bathroom duplex.
