Located in Montauk, New York, United States. Beach cottage 5 minutes from Ditch Plains and across from Golf Course This is a cozy three bedroom, two full bath beach cottage located just a couple houses down the street from the Montauk Downs golf course. The location is also less than a mile from Ditch Plains beach, town and all the restaurants and shops located in the docks area. It's a two minute walk to the golf course which also has a large swimming pool, restaurant, and tennis courts for your enjoyment all year round.If you prefer to stay at home, there is a nice back deck and yard with a hammock or a breezy front porch which is perfect to read a book.This house will sleep 6 people comfortably and has new furniture, linens and mattresses.The house is rented on a weekly monthly and now full summer basis (long weekends considered during fall and winter) but I will consider shorter or longer stays based on availability.
