There is a vacant lot across the street so most rooms have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The house owns a deeded decked crosswalk to the beach. Two decks, one on each floor, span the width of the house with cushioned chairs to seat 19. Watch the sun come up over the ocean while you have coffee on the deck. Hear the ocean with a drink in your hand at sundown. At Happy Hours, you are within walking distance to the village of Surf City which is the heart of the island. Bike or walk to the Surf City Pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, bakeries, and the grocery. Once back at the house, you rarely see a car. Amenities include: wireless internet throughout, smart TVs in every bedroom with Netflix, Hulu, & Roku. kayaks, surfboards, paddle boards, bikes, boogie boards, kites, fishing rods, corn hole, tether ball, giant outdoo
