There is a wrap around porch with rocking chairs, where you can rock and enjoy the wooded view. We would love to share it with you.It is 10 acre within a quiet, safe, gated community. The Master Bedroom and Full Bath are on the first floor. There are two bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. All rooms including the front porch have ceiling fans (except baths & kitchen). You may not need to use the ceiling fans as there is always a wonderful breeze blowing across the mountains. The home has central heat and air conditioning. On the first floor is the Master Bedroom with a New Queen size bed, closet and dresser. The first bedroom upstairs has a King Size bed using a day/trundle bed with a Serta 4-inch memory foam mattress topper and contour pillows for extra comfort.
