This means that you can access our place from the outdoors...front or back. There are no stairs to climb or interior halls to walk through. We sit on the ground floor on a greenbelt. You will have the feeling of a spacious semi-private backyard sitting on the beach. We have a great 180 degree UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW!. Top photo: taken from our patio. You can hear the waves and watch the surfers from our patio. We have the sunset view. Just in front of us is the Estuary (where the river meets the ocean and the birds nest in sanctuary) and to the right of us the Harbor is visible. Our sliding glass door is keyed so you can walk out your door and go right to the beach. We sit directly on the sand!
