It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything.Love winter sports? The TART but stop is 1 minute away. From there you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar and enjoy the mountain. No high costs for parking or hassle required!The spaceThis is a small 600sqft home. The space (and STR permit) does not allow for more than 4 guests. We monitor occupancy, if more than 4 guests arrive we will cancel your stay immediately.The living room has a gas fireplace that is controlled by a thermostat for your comfort.
