Volleyball, playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables, boat launch. 20 min Meredith, Wolfeboro or Tamworth/Ossipee. 30 min Weirs Beach, 45 North Conway. Outdoor/indoor activities, attractions, shopping, nightlife nearby.3 cozy bedrooms each queen beds. Vaulted ceiling and skylights with lots of natural light. 2nd floor queen bed in the loft, and trundle bed (2 twins) in 1st floor *unheated* enclosed porch. No central AC, each of 3 bedrooms has portable AC window unit and a window fan option. Ceiling fan in the main living above the family room. No beach access on Saturdays only (home association rule). Rental beach pass for 1 car. Shooting range not close but echos through the community. Not too loud
